Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at housefaves@hotmail.com with your order number.

Please note

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your
original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will make it right.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
